These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tampo mobile and web applications ("App") operated by ITS Tech World ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 4 years of age to use this App. If you are under 18, you must use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Account Registration
To access and use Tampo, you are required to create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the App to upload or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Access or attempt to access another user’s account without permission
- Attempt to interfere with or compromise the App’s infrastructure
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers without authorization
4. Permissions
The App may request permission to access your device's camera, microphone, contacts, and storage. These permissions are required to support features like task attachments, voice notes, and team member invitations. You can manage permissions through your device settings.
5. Data and Privacy
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use Firebase SDKs for authentication, database storage, crash reporting, and analytics. You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to the App remain the property of ITS Tech World. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violating these Terms or engaging in suspicious or harmful activity. You may also request deletion of your account by contacting our support team.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the App. You use the App at your own risk. The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
9. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page regularly.
